In this 2-part blog posts, I am going to talk about how to get more results while spending less time in your marketing efforts.
It can’t be said any simpler than this: if you want real results from your marketing efforts, you’re going to have to re-engineer the way you think. It’s all about focusing your day on high leverage activities that gives massive results. Let me start with giving you 2 ways to start with:
1) Instead of constantly driving new traffic to your website, you should be trying to build a list of subscribers. Your goal is to have a pool of people that you can always market to. Even in the event that you have to stop driving traffic to your site for 1 month, you’ll still be able to market to your prospects. It is ALWAYS easier to market to people who has already made a connection with you. Your job then is to provide the most value to your subscribers and feed them with useful content. Working endlessly trying to get more traffic everyday is not a long term strategy. We’ve all seen how everytime Google makes a big shakeup and thousands of marketers lose their campaigns, rankings and etc.
2) Another classic case is keyword research. Most people go after general keywords that has lots of searches and little competition. Now, at a glance that looks very promising and good except that what these keywords bring are visitors and not necessarily BUYERS. What you want to do instead is to target “Buyers” keyword phrases. With the same amount of time spent on marketing these keywords, your conversion rate for “Buyers” keyword phrases will be higher.
You see, it’s really about what you DO that is going to make a difference in your income. Simply by tweaking the way you approach these 2 activities can yield greater results in lesser time.
In my next post, I’m going to give you more ways on how to create massive results in less time than what most people do for 12 hours and more.
Stay tuned!
